Ordering and Payment
Misia Mae Ltd must receive your full payment for the price of the item(s) that you order before your order can be received and accepted.
Once the payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending you an email at the email address you provide us with in your order form. This, however, doesn’t mean your order has been accepted yet.
Your order is accepted on the dispatch to you of the item(s) you ordered, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the ‘Your Right to Cancel the Contract' below. We will confirm the acceptance of the order by sending you an email with the delivery information.
Our acceptance of your order establishes a legally binding contract between us. You must be aged 18 or over to be entitled to purchase through this site, as only persons aged 18 and over are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering item(s) using this site.
Pricing and Discount Codes
The prices for the item(s) that you order are displayed on our website. All our prices are in British Pounds Sterling. You will be billed in British Pounds Sterling.
If you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit or debit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit or debit card and what you have paid for the goods at the checkout. We offer our customers delivery worldwide, but it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. We use Royal Mail International Tracked service, which is a safe, fully trackable service. Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.
Our promotional discount codes may apply to all or specified purchases made through our website. Such promotional discount codes may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.
Please note that prices in all printed publications are correct at the time of publication and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notification.
Your Right to Cancel the Contract
Subject to point 2 below, you may cancel your contract with us for the item(s) you have ordered at any time up to the end of the fourteenth working day from the date you receive the ordered item(s). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a free of charge exchange for you.
To cancel your contract you must return the item(s) in the original packaging with the filled in returns note at any time up to the end of the fourteenth working day since you received the item(s). Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Once we receive the returned item(s) you purchased, any sum debited from your credit or debit card excluding postage costs will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days of your order being returned to us, provided that the item(s) in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in, when delivered to you. If you do not return the item(s) delivered to you, in the way detailed above, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the item(s) from the amount to be credited to you.
Our Right to Cancel the Contract
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if, we have insufficient stock to deliver the item(s) you have ordered, we do not deliver to your area; One or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we cancel your contract, we will notify you by email, and we will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible but in any event within thirty days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.
We will deliver the item(s) ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the item(s) from the delivery service used by us.
All orders within the UK are delivered using myHermes or Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
You will become the owner of the item(s) you have ordered, when they have been dispatched to you. Once item(s) have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
We make no promise that materials on our website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the website from territories, where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
If the item(s) we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you, unless you notify us by email of the problem within seven working days of the delivery of the item(s) in question.
If you do not receive item(s) ordered by you within seven working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you, unless you notify us by email of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the item(s). If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option, either to replace any item(s) that are damaged or defective or non-delivered, or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the item(s) in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses, including loss of profits, business or goodwill, howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the item(s) in question under the clause mentioned in 2 above.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the item(s) you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the item(s) have left us and are in possession of the Royal Mail or courier.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent by email to our contact address at and all notices from us to you will be sent to the email address you provide us with.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Promotions’ Terms & Conditions
To benefit from a promotion code, you must enter the code at the checkout, when placing your order online, otherwise the discount will not be applied to your order.
Promotion codes are only valid on full price items and exclude sale items, gift wrap, and gift cards.
Only one code can be used per transaction.
All offers are subject to stock availability and are subject to change at any time.
Codes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any promotion code offered on the website is valid only for use against a purchase made via the website, unless otherwise stated.
If you return an item from an order purchased with a promotion code applied, then the same discount will be applied to the ordered item that you return. Further, any free promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning the item(s) to which the gift related.
Gift Cards' Terms & Conditions
Gift cards are valid on full-priced items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Promotional codes cannot be used when purchasing a gift card.
Gift cards can only be redeemed online at misiamae.com.
Gift cards may be exchanged for pieces of Misia Mae’s jewellery of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.
If a Misia Mae’s piece of jewellery is returned to us that has been purchased using a gift card, the value will be refunded onto a new gift card that will be issued and posted to the provided address.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash alternative.
Gift cards redeemed online at misiamae.com must be redeemed in full in one transaction.
Gift cards expire two years from the date of purchase.
Misia Mae will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
Misia Mae reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
